When great trees fall,
rocks on distant hills shudder,
lions hunker down
in tall grasses,
and even elephants lumber after safety..

This was not the greatest tree, but Mom Bobbie is
a tree lover, so she is sad that it fell, although
as you can probably see, it was rotten and weak.
She is very sad that it fell on our fence, but
glad we were not near by!

Yikes!! Oh your poor fence!! At least Bob and Patrick have a great snack there! Yes but you boys must stay with mum!
ReplyDeleteYes, glad you are all ok! Hopefully this tree will have seeded some seedlings for the future!! Take care

Oh my, the poor tree, and the poor fence!
ReplyDeleteYou guys are having a feast! So it's all good... well, except for the fence.
ReplyDeleteOh, how sad! We are sorry that your beautiful tree fell (and sorry about your poor fence, too)!
ReplyDeleteWE are so sorry that the tree destroyed your pretty bench! and your fence!
ReplyDeleteSo sorry about your tree and your bench! Be good boys and don't get out because Mom Bobbi will be very upset. Oh, and our mom just loves you two!
ReplyDeleteOh no did they stay in their yard? Hopefully eating all that bark kept them happy.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are blogging again :)

That is sad about what happened to the tree, but we are glad that your weren't nearby for when it fell. Now you all and mom can plant a new one in it's spot. Have a great day.
