This weeks Photo Hunt word is SAD.
We were sad last Thursday when we found out I am diabetic. Mom has always worried that may happen with one of us. I have needles and insulin and am well on my way to getting regulated. Mom has always been a little afraid of needles, but after giving Napoleon sub-q's with a needle as big as a tree, the diabetic needle is easy! We are getting a lot of information and some websites to visit from our furiends at The Cat Blogosphere! Thank you so much and we are checking them all out.

Hope every bean and every fur has a great week end.

sister says they see diabetic cats ALL the time at her job. She says, that owners seem to do just fine once they get the hang of it. Just don't give up while they're getting regulated! It can be frustrating at times. But, once its all done, you'll do great!
ReplyDeleteWe hope you are feeling better. It is very sad to get a diagnosis like that but at least it's something that you can manage.
ReplyDeleteI am very sorry to hear you are ill. God bless you.
