All creatures great and small
The Lord God made them all
Today's Photo Hunt is View. This was mine today!
I went to an Animal Blessing and was blessed by Dr. John. I was the only cat there and I let Momma carry me in her arms. I am such a good boy. There were some dogs that looked like my Rainbow Angel Pup, Holly Belle. So many people petted me, and said 'Oh how beautiful you are!' There was one horse there and she was just as good as I was!

Some of the woofers were dressed for the occasion!
Frankly, I was just glad to be back home. Momma let me eat a little bit of grass before I had to come back inside. It was very nice, but I'm glad it only happens once a year!

We, therefore, invoke God's blessing on these animals.
As we do so, let us praise the Creator and
thank Him for setting us as stewards over
all the creatures of the earth.

ReplyDeleteVery nice shots! What a fun and interesting day that must've been. Here is my view. Happy Hunting!
ReplyDeleteThat's really cool, Noah! We definitely think loving aminals like cats, dogs, horses, etc, are some of God's most important creatures.
ReplyDeleteThis is a cool view, do you make the "leaf Looker" trip through the mountains?
ReplyDeleteYou are very brave, Noah! We do not think we would want to be near all the woofies.
ReplyDeleteWhat an interesting post ... nice 'take' on this week's theme!
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
That must have been a big day for you!
ReplyDeleteThat was purrty kool! We're gonna have to see if there's a blessing of the animals near us...they usually do it around October 3 since that is St. Francis of Assisi Day...he's the patron saint of animals.
ReplyDeleteThat was nice, we will have to check and see if they bless animals near where we live. Our cousin took her hamster to get blessed last year. ~S,S & C
ReplyDeleteWhat a special thing to get to do! I would be far too scairt to do that though. You are brave!
ReplyDeleteNoah yoo is furry brave!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful thing for your Mom to do!! A special day for you too, though I would have preferred the grass too :) Bless you Noah.
ReplyDeletePurrs Mickey
What a wonderful day, Noah! I guess you'll have to share your blessing with your brothers and sisters.
ReplyDeleteYour buddy, Jimmy Joe

All things bright and beautiful...
ReplyDeleteWe love your post!
Noah, how wonderful!
ReplyDeleteU mean to say that there was a pastor present to bless the animals? How cool! I like your blog. I had wanted to adopt a dog again when I move into my new pad later this wk but having seen so many kitty blogs, I'm slightly swayed towards the feline world!
