A few Cats ~ A couple of Goats ~ Some favorite Quotes
This is Rocky and Baxter, formally known as Dale. They were on Death Row in a Georgia shelter/pound. Marilyn's Voice, a rescue group in Ohio, saw their photos and offered to find them forever homes. I played a small part in the transport. As I said in an earlier post.It makes my heart sing to help these animals.Thank you Marilyn's Voice and the many, many people involved in saving these lives and others like them!

I got my doggie from a shelter. If I ever get another, I'll go back there. I love my mutt.
What a fantastic thing to do! Finding homes for animals in need. Kudos to you for helping out.
I am sure that if they could have spoken English, these two fellas would have told you thank you many times over! Have a great WW!
I got my cat from a no kill shelter. Awesome pictures.
That is really neat--we are allergic to animals so can't have much to do with them, but it is still neat.
Rescue folks have proven to be so vital in saving the lives of so many animals that would never have stood a chance. Their work is usually endless and without much praise from others, except for the grateful lives they save! Congratulations on your part in saving these beautiful boys.
Fabulous and thanks for helping to spread the words. Our animals have all been adopted from shelters or simply found homeless (in the case of my beautiful golden retriever who nearly died but the vet saved her and she lived to be 13.5).

I am so glad that they found Forever Homes. :) Thank you for helping them out. :) You are a kind, generous person. :)(And no, mom didn't wake me. She thought I was so cute sleeping, so she started taking photos, and I woke up on my own as she was snapping away.)
