Rest In Peace, Marilyn
The precious little rescued puppy mill dog, Marilyn, has died. Her owner did everything she could when Marilyn collapsed.
She was only five years old, and had been bred from the age of six months. Being only three pounds, her pups died before being born.
The breeder cut her vocal cords because she asked for attention. She never made another sound. Of course being in a puppy mill, she never received medical or dental attention, and her teeth rotted.
Being worthless to the puppy mill breeder, she was stuffed into a bag with other dogs. Thankfully her Mommy was able to buy them. She made Marilyn the spokespup for an organization that saves puppy mill dogs!
They also help other dogs, if you remember Rocky and Baxter?
She collapsed yesterday at her Mommy's home and died. Her trachea had collapsed.

Tummy Tuesday
Keeping a secret from some people is like
trying to smuggle daylight past a rooster
~
Timothy here! Glad to report that Mom is doing a little better giving Napoleon his fluids, She does not like it, but he does not like going to the vet.
Mom is some better, too. Her BP is still bad, but she has a great new doctor and he is working to make her better. He said she needs to be healthy to take care of us! She likes him :o)

Photo Hunters ~ Classic
The only thing children wear out faster than shoes
is parents and teachers
~
My classic photo is my Daddy and me.
This was taken at Grant Park in Atlanta
probably about 60 years ago on Easter
He served proudly in WWII in France
He was the best Daddy in the world!

Napoleon and Noah update ~
~
Noah here....We are both doing all right, especially me!
I have stopped limping, so it was not broken! Mom is thankful for that!
Napoleon moves around after the fluids start. The stick does not bother him (it just about kills Mom, but she seems calm). We are going to the V.E.T. today so he can be sure to get enough. They don't charge for that!
A few years ago Mom sold on ebay. As you can see in the picture, I was a tremendous help. She sold mostly silvertone / fashion jewelry. Her user name was spay-em. After she starts feeling 'normal' she is thinking about having an auction or two to help pay some of our bill. We will have to take pictures and figure out how to do auctions here.
Thank you everyone for your good wishes and purrayers for us!
